Terms of Service

Effective September 14, 2026. These Terms govern Celesthread, operated by ORIZON SYSTEMS LLC. Contact talenvyre@myseena.com and identify Celesthread in your message.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 to use Celesthread. Provide accurate information and complete the age screen and agreement at signup. Do not create accounts or private profiles for children. Protect your password and authenticator, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Additional security steps apply to owner and staff accounts. Existing accounts can use an enabled linked sign-in provider; new accounts must first complete the signup age and agreement flow.

Reflection and limitations

Celesthread provides astrology-informed entertainment, reflection and conversation. Calculations and template-generated language are interpretive; they are not medical, mental-health, financial, legal or emergency advice, a human assessment, or a guarantee of compatibility or future events. Do not use them as the sole basis for important decisions. Tideglass currently uses written templates and does not connect your questions to an external generative AI model. Contact local emergency or crisis services when urgent human support is needed; Celesthread does not monitor users or dispatch help.

Your content and other people

You keep your rights in the content you submit. You authorize us to store, process and display it only as needed to provide the requested service and operate, secure and moderate it under the Privacy Policy. Enter another adult's personal information only with permission or other lawful authority. Do not share someone else's private reports, birth details or messages without authority. Private-profile and shared-feature controls do not override another person's privacy rights.

Invitations, messages, discovery and comparison features are optional. Choose recipients carefully, respect boundaries, and use block/report controls when needed. Friendship features are not identity verification, screening of other people or a guarantee of safety. Dating/matching is not enabled in this release.

Acceptable use and access

Do not harass, impersonate, threaten, exploit children, submit unlawful content, send spam, scrape private data, introduce malware or evade security/access controls. We may restrict access to investigate abuse, protect people or comply with law. We aim to act proportionately and provide an explanation when appropriate; contact support to question a restriction. You may stop using the service and request account deletion.

Free features, purchases and cancellation

Some features are free; optional purchases are available only when shown in an active checkout. Review the actual price, billing interval, renewal terms and cancellation method before confirming a purchase. A feature preview is not proof that payment or a future feature is available. This policy does not activate sales. Any applicable provider and subscription terms will be shown with the purchase flow.

Use Account settings to manage an existing subscription with its billing provider. Account deletion does not itself cancel external billing; cancel first if you want to stop renewal. Refund and statutory cancellation rights depend on the purchase and applicable law; contact the billing provider or support for help.

Availability and responsibility

We may update or withdraw features and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Subject to applicable law, the service is offered as available. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, makes you responsible for our unlawful conduct, or requires mandatory arbitration or a waiver of class proceedings. Applicable law determines the parties' rights and remedies where these Terms do not specify them.

Privacy, deletion and changes

The Privacy Policy and Account & Data Deletion policy explain collection, sharing, choices and retained records. You can delete your account in Account settings or request help if locked out. Changes to these Terms take effect on the stated date; material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel before they apply when required. Contact us with questions before continuing to use a changed service.
