Notice at Collection

Updated October 13, 2026. ORIZON SYSTEMS LLC operates Celesthread for adults 18 and older. Privacy contact: talenvyre@myseena.com.

Category	Purpose	Retention criterion
Account identifiers, adult-age declaration and policy acknowledgment	Create and secure your account; apply age and agreement requirements	Account records and acknowledgments generally remain until account deletion; rejected signup does not create an account
Birth date, optional time, birthplace and coordinates	Calculate and personalize requested charts	While the account/profile remains, subject to edits and deletion
Journal, questionnaire, moods, life events, questions and generated readings	Provide optional reflection and personalization	While retained in the account, until an available removal control or account deletion is used
Messages, posts, invitations, adult private profiles, relationship reports and optional discovery fields	Provide chosen social features and comparisons	While retained by the feature/account; deletion can remove shared threads, but not others' external copies
Selected-contact matching tokens and optional location information	Find chosen contacts or enable opted-in local discovery	Until removal or account deletion; automated background cleanup is not a guaranteed deadline
Subscription status, provider/purchase identifiers and usage counters	Apply entitlements, support billing and prevent abuse	Active account records until deletion; provider billing records may remain separately
IP/browser/session details, audit and support records	Operate and protect the service; respond to requests	Session expiration varies; audit/support/provider records may outlast account deletion and do not all have automatic expiry

Birth coordinates, private writing and relationship information can be sensitive. Optional features are choices; we use this information to provide requested functions and protect the service, not for advertising. We do not sell personal information or share it with advertising networks for cross-context behavioral advertising. No external product analytics adapter is enabled in this version. Optional AI reflections and answers send calculated chart factors, drawn symbols and any question you type to OpenAI only after current in-app consent. Stored names, email, birth details, journal and memories are not added to those requests. Personal details you include in a question are sent as part of the question. Declining or turning off AI keeps built-in readings available. See the Privacy Policy for provider and retention details.

Vercel and Neon process service data; enabled identity, email, phone, payment and place-search providers receive information needed for their features. The Privacy Policy names them and explains United States processing. We do not offer general personal media uploads.

Active-account deletion does not immediately erase provider records or backups. The database's six-hour recovery history is separate from retained backup branches; an older branch remains without a universal automatic expiry. Some older audit metadata can still contain identifiers after the direct account link is removed. These limits also apply to the retention descriptions above.

Read the Privacy Policy for the full categories, purposes, provider disclosures, retention limits and request process. You may correct information, change optional settings, download available account data, delete your account or contact us about other privacy rights. The current download is not a complete export of every feature or operational record. Do not send passwords or authenticator secrets with a request.
