Celesthread is a private reflection companion. It is not therapy, medical care, or emergency support. Tideglass is an automated chart-reflection feature, not a human. Its current answers use templates and calculated chart signals.
Before generating a reflection, Tideglass checks the question for a defined set of English crisis phrases. When detected, it displays a supportive message and crisis resources before checking chart completion or the message allowance, without charging a message or saving the question as a reading. This check can miss indirect wording or other languages; it is not a clinical assessment. We do not monitor you for emergencies or contact emergency services on your behalf.
